The state has a program that was written in the 80s in Cobalt I believe. That is why it is faulty. Cant find many to work on them since more are dead or retired.

They invested a shit load of money into it and they are not going to look to cut their losses. They could spend pennies to get a serviceable easy system but the state it isn't out to help the worker as you know @taskmaster4450le
