Today’s activity was all about Tiffany and I participating in the 12th Annual Best Damn Race Orlando which was the 8th time Tiffa and I have participated in.
BDR is one of if not our favorite race and we switch around which leg of the race we do every year. This year we went with the 10K.
Both of us didn’t hit our personal records but we were close enough to it that it was well worth the medals earned.
Afterwards when we got home it was mostly resting and intend to extend that rest outside of having to go food shopping.

I started running in Orlando races at age 40 but I trained to hard and ruined my knees. But I enjoyed it and did well. Disney's were the best.
Running events are awesome in the communities. Disney races are too frickin expensive.
