Flying cars are finally here, but don’t expect to see them on the road anytime soon. The FAA approved the 1st ever airworthiness certificate for a flying car, but it comes with a catch: you need a pilot’s license to fly it. #JetsonsProblems

Would a flying car be seen on the road?
”don’t expect to see them on the road anytime soon” @notconvinced but they working on it. I’m sure I’ll be gone and buried by then.
I meant they are for the sky's not the roads
I believe they are aiming for it to be both, although if they can get it to where it flys a short distance to save a commuter's time it would probably be a cool thing @notconvinced
Sucks being a #mets fan, but #angels fans: Trout breaks hamate bone and is out 6-8 weeks., Ohtani leaves the game with a blister and won’t pitch in the All-Star Game. Anthony Rendon leaves the clubhouse on crutches with a bruised shin.
huh?
@notconvinced sorry the post ended up in the wrong thread
I'll be happy with the James Bond jet pack
@magnacarta - that would be pretty awesome
An article about it: https://www.cnn.com/2023/07/03/tech/flying-car-faa/index.html
