1/2 - I must admit, I am totally geeked about #ai but I am also looking at it from the other side. Not the whole it's going to take over people's jobs. That's been happening from the time the tractor came along, etc.

Yea and also new jobs will be created
It's the natural progression @tokenizedsociety - at least historically
Yes, as tech advances, some non-skilled jobs may be lost. However, it also opens new avenues to explore. Additional resources will be needed. It's not 'doom and gloom' but another opportunity to expand.
Exactly. Historically technology is net positive in terms of jobs created vs jobs destroyed
Doom & gloom enter the picture when governments get involved. By the time that happens, it's usually too late 4 their entry. Everything the government does sets of a cascade of unintended consequences. We'll figure out AI when we need to.
Yes. Then the tractor makes some things easier. While creating other jobs that the tractor needs. While doing more in one way, and making new others ways, that we may yet know.
Progress is how we roll @pepetoken
2/2 - Just the big guys quickly trimming the workforce or knowing that they have access to this technology and it's chomping at the bit while fearing less when folks like the Writer's Union in Hollywood for example walk the picket line #ai
Someone needs to program, prompt, build and maintain the tools around AI.
As always, it's about countries educating their workforce so they can take advantage of technological change that can't be stopped.
And that’s the bottom line because Dane said so and totally 💯% #truth @forexbrokr
