So, my wife and I have a few running lists because we are mental lol. She keeps a list of certain things. How many and who we workout for at OTF, how many OTF studios and KAVA places. So this past weekend we hit our 17th Kava spot.

That sounds boring. But it's a couple's thing. It keeps us tracking our adventures.
Had to google what kava is lol and know I know. Also have no idea of what OTF means, but the Google results for that were inconclusive 😆😆 jshd
OTF = Orangetheory Fitness - where I've worked out for over ten years, over 3500 workouts, over 260 coaches and about 50 studios. We don't go anywhere in the USA if there isn't an OTF nearby and they are worldwide so if we go outside of the country the same will hold true 💪 @sergiomendes
ohhhh see. I would never get there. I would never discover that. Get out of bed to go to the toilet is a high intense level of exercise to me lololol I am a lazy bustard. But since it is part of your lifestyle. It is good and fun your wife keeps a list of it all.
