A lot of financial responsibility is placed on the first child(ren) by the parents as regards the younger ones. Older children who help the younger ones especially financially should be seen as a kind gesture.

Sort:

that's true but some older siblings are not taking care of their younger siblings

Well, we may not conclude exactly why.
They may have their own struggles. Adulthood can be challenging.

Nonetheless, the bond of family brings love and care (support) among siblings most often

Anyway you are right. I was only saying out of experience. Though am not the most senior, but I try to help my younger ones

Thank you very much for your input. I'm honored

you are very welcome. But if I may ask, are you the most senior in your home

No ma, I'm the fourth out of 5

It is wise to plan your family in view of available resources to maximize what benefits and lifestyles you can bestow on the kids rather than relying on one child to feed many others. This is reckless and irresponsible

Getting it right from the onset is vital to how families fend for one another

Interesting subject. I didnt have to do that but I would do anything to help my sister if I needed

That's the power of family bond. It comes often without being asked unike when it is imposed by sme parents

Very true! It was never imposed to me, fortunately but I would jump in to help without a doubt

That's the right spirit. Thank you for your interesting view
