Maybe it doesn't need any rewards. Could post to HIVE as JSON, instead of posts, and be a place for censorship resistance and twitter style conversations. Or a seperate token to the main LEO one, but who says it needs any rewards at all to be useful.
Just thinking out loud here, who knows what Khal has up his sleeve.

Excellent idea!
A really good conversation can always be turned into a post for rewards with the participants as beneficiaries.
But Twitter style comments should not get rewards directly.

I think that most people who would join LEO-based alternative to Twitter are more likely to be fed up with Twitter censorship than searching for extra monetary rewards.
