That is often the case with these small political parties, there are often potential good candidates amongst them and the wish for them to form an alliance to take on the big ones never come to life.

Run a country with 5 - 7 good parties it's more than enough, splintered as they are now everyone is going nowhere slowly. No one should be accepted unless at the top of their game in whichever avenue they represent, if 65 is retirement age it should apply to all.
Talk about the age thing we need young leaders for the continent, not madalas and gogos in their 80s holding unto power like it's their birthright.

Elders should only be there in capacity to give direction, guidance not sit in positions of power, youth has the energy, new ideas to move forward.
I concur, that is the way it should be.
