Bienvenidos a todos y a todas!! Hoy vais a ver la historia de como el gobierno de mi país me fo**a el culo.
Para empezar, debo decir que llevo en esto de las criptomonedas desde 2017, y que me interesé por mantener el anonimato desde 2020 más o menos. Nunca metí dinero desde el banco ni viceversa. Pero claro, algunos CEX si que usé, CEX que comparten datos con la protagonista de esta historia: HACIENDA😈
Hacienda es la que se encarga de recaudar impuestos en mi país (España), y otra cosa no, pero JOOOOOOOODER como saben cobrar.
Como en todos los países supongo.
La cosa es que hoy, 3 de Abril, ha empezado la campaña de declaración de la renta. Básicamente, es un trámite anual en el que, a partir de tus ingresos, gastos, inversiones y demás, te dicta cuantos impuestos le pagas al estado. El problema es que al hacerlo yo, me ha salido el aviso de la muerte:

En 2023, me creé una cuenta en Binance (con su kyc) para hacer unas transacciones con hive. El dinero que metí era de mis criptos, no del banco, pero igualmente parece que han avisado. El problema es que esto mancha todas las criptos que tenía ocultas (o pensaba que tenía). Oye pero bueno, declara y ya está no? Así te quitas de lios... Eso es lo que he querido hacer desde hace años, pero sabéis que?
ES IMPOSIBLE
El estado quiere que declares tus criptos, pero no te ayuda a hacerlo, no tienen ni idea. Quieren que declares cada permuta, es decir, cada ganancia patrimonial. Si compras bitcoin a 10k y lo vendes a 20k, has conseguido una ganancia patrimonial de 10k. Muy bien crack. Ahora solo te queda ir CEX por CEX, pillando las miles de transacciones que habrás hecho, y luego a todos los DEXES y todas las redes. Por cierto titán, los axies que? Las ganancias en los juegos nfts? El staking? Airdrops? EL gobierno no da respuesta a estas cosas y es un problema. Si yo ahora declaro, tengo un 100% de probabilidades de que me salga mal y de que me multen. Supongo que eso es lo que están buscando.
Ahora me toca buscar un asesor especialista en crypto y que me diga que carajo hacer, por que ahora mismo me veo con el culo hecho un cristo.

Like in all countries, I suppose.
The thing is, today, April 3rd, the income tax declaration campaign has started. Basically, it's an annual procedure in which, based on your income, expenses, investments, and so on, it tells you how much tax you owe to the state. The problem is that when I did mine, I got the death notice:
Upon seeing this, I realized, it was clear to me.
I'M SCREWED
In 2023, I created an account on Binance (with its KYC) to make some transactions with Hive. The money I put in was from my cryptocurrencies, not from the bank, but it seems like they've been notified anyway. The problem is that this stains all the cryptocurrencies I had hidden (or thought I had). But hey, just declare and be done with it, right? That's what I've wanted to do for years, but you know what?
IT'S IMPOSSIBLE
The government wants you to declare your cryptos, but they don't help you do it, they have no idea. They want you to declare each trade, that is, each capital gain. If you buy Bitcoin at 10k and sell it at 20k, you've made a capital gain of 10k. Well done, champ. Now you just have to go from CEX to CEX, picking up the thousands of transactions you've made, and then to all the DEXes and all the networks. By the way, what about Axies? Profits in NFT games? Staking? Airdrops? The government doesn't provide answers to these things and it's a problem. If I declare now, I have a 100% chance of messing up and getting fined. I guess that's what they're looking for.
Now I have to find a specialist advisor in crypto and figure out what the hell to do, because right now I feel like I'm in deep trouble.
