Yesterday night, I grabbed all my courage and said fuck it. It could go down more, but It could also go up and lose my chance.
The thing is... I'm from Spain and my currency is the EUR, so I had to convert my currency to USD, and that costed me 2$.
2$ for exchanging 500$ is not bad, but it hurts nonetheless 😅
Then I made the purchase and got another commission. To be honest, I don't know how much that one was and I don't know if I wanna know about it but well... Another dollar down the sink 🥺
After all that suffering, I did it. I have, officially , started my investment life
Now we gotta forget about the fees and price and let the stock pay us that juicy dividend.
What a coincidence, today I got paid my salary...

Good luck! 👍🏻 The shares of all real estate companies are down at the moment because of the high interest rates. But this one is a quite realiable REIT which pays this monthly dividend with a good yield as you noticed.
If you plan to invest seriously and longer term in the stock market you should diversify though into at least 10-15 different stocks of different industries or you take a world ETF. Risk management is the pillar to build your wealth sustainably.

By the way, how do you see EEUU treasury bonds? I see it as a very safe investment but my limited knowledge keeps me behind XD.
Bonds have an attractive yield at the moment but since it is money you are lending to countries with high debt and they pay the interests with new debt…well it’s not my thing.
My investments are mainly US Blue chips of the tech and consumer sector (Apple, Tesla, Microsoft etc) and dividend ETF along with a bit of crypto.
