Technology: My Ideal Career Path 💻

Tech has always been a part of me even when I had no idea what it fully was, it took me time to understand what tech was all about when one of professors in the university shed so much light on what technology is rather than what so many people portray it to be.

I was always curious about tech things ranging from how automated teller machines, that was basically the most easily accessible financial tech machine before we started having point of sale machines, and sim cards that have been here for ages even though we haven't fully understood how it works.

The journey to this decision wasn't quite smooth as it should because in other cases you can pick a career path just by giving it one thought, but when you've gone through so many paths and journeys in life that you could hardly sit down and meditate on what you are planning to do with your life then how do you even come up with something within a rough phase in life, times like this makes it difficult to hardly think about any career path of our choice without considering finances that will drive that but then in the midst of all this I still found a way to discover my career path even though I haven't really started the journey in a way that I would want to but then it is not how far but how well.

Technology has always been a driving force in innovation and global progress, I have always wanted to be part of those who facilitate this progress either by solving complex logical problems, digital solutions or by integrating technology into different fields of life.

There are several reasons why this path is ideal for me

The first one is the endless learning opportunities that we find in tech, we find different adjustments to programming languages and the creation of new programming languages means that we have to learn and relearn on a daily basis.

A friend of mine who is a programmer left me this funny 😂 joke about programmers spending more time googling and checking things online than they actually spend doing actual coding.

Problem solving and flexibility

These two are the main reason why I chose this path, many tech jobs offer the chance to work remotely, it also allows me to solve real world 🌎 problems using our own unique approaches that will eventually give a viable solution.

The competition in this field also means that we always get the best possible solutions.

Software development is my core area of interest in technology because I am intrigued by not just the problem solving aspects of this but also the coding aspect that challenges me to go beyond my own limits and learn to do things i never i could do.

A career in technology is an exciting aspect that aligns with my plans for life.
