ahhh I see… yeah. I’ve always been conflicted about this associating decentralized technology with decentralized power. The technology makes decentralization of power possible but it’s still an uphill battle. It requires us to really value the idea of decentralized power and act towards it.
Best we can do is keep forcing them to raise the bar so no projects get funded and everyone gets pissed and invites blocktrades witness

Could be about what went down in the whale's channel. The ghost of steem still hovers around Hive because of the initial unfair mining power. Nevertheless, I think BT has conducted herself quite well so far. This could be a temporary thing afaik.
don’t worry bro, we’ll put out best foot forward and gain more support. Leo’s work speaks volumes and if we can start the momentum any other way first it’ll be such a clear case to anyone on the fence.
Imagine we onboard 3 or 4 new hive/leo whales where hive price rides on the wave of Leo and there’s that much more $ that supports LEO?? What then?

I don’t see them as separate. More money and proactive people at Leo means Hive will change. It’s all up to us essentially. blocktrades is just forcing us to bring it harder by onboarding and building our stakes in spite of him.
