I tend to think dissatisfaction should be higher but I guess that could also be a reason why they don't feel valued.

Oh no doubt, they are both down at the bottom. Sometimes I feel people will dislike things no matter what. But to curb that, make them feel valued and most issues can be fixed.

I guess that does make sense. People will usually give people some time to make changes if they reassure them but people will move away if they don't see enough commitment.

This just reminded me of SUI which apparently neglected its community hence, losing support.

Absolutely! And I don't do enough of it myself for my community. I can always do better! I think it's so important for people to feel like their efforts matter!

Yes not only entrepreneurs but ordinary peeps like me should think the same way. We should not stop working to be and do better.
