It's word of mouth 'marketing'. When a friend recommends something to you, 9 times out of 10, you pay attention. In the history of mankind, nothing has ever come close to word of mouth advertising and marekting of products and services.
That's why referral marketing has been so popular over the decades....
People buy things from those they know, like and trust. And if a company can capture a passionate group of customers, that customer base becomes your best marketing strategy ever.
It's been something I have studied my entire life and had quite a successful career (at one time) with it. It just made sense to me...If people loved your product or service, they would tell others about it...
And along comes InLeo! The cream of the crop of #web3 platforms and they have tapped into this strategy like nothing I have ever seen before in this space.

This is how Bitconnect grew into the massive ponzi it was. The difference is they had multiple levels of referrals and nothing of substance.
completely different structure. bitconnect was a mlm tired structure, while $LEO is just a one tier affiliate program.
