I have to admit...I feel like a proud parent today!
O.K., I really didn't have anything to do with InLeo or the success of this token. I'm just a humble member of the community. But after what I saw today, this blog post will hopefully show you why I'm grinning from ear to ear!

This is just mind blowing....
The top community on the blockchain that shows active users, authors and engagement is none other than LeoFinance via InLeo and Threads.
And here's why I'm smiling tonight....
This shows the world how real #web3 can thrive in 2024 and beyond. This isn't some crazy concept or white paper, that is promised to be built on Solana in 2025. This is right here, right now!
But this didn't happen by chance....
You see, people that have been on LEO since day one have been preaching the importance of micro content. They have been begging anyone that claims to be a fan of #web3 that the path to adoption goes through higher users vai bite sized pieces of content.
Why?
Engagement!
Look, I know long form content has it's place...Heck I'm writing this blog after all. And sure, there will be some comments below, but take a look at what happened on Threads earlier today...
This was from @khaleelkazi AMA threadcast this afternoon.....Over 700 comments. Pure engagement, lots of talking point, huge discussions....
All of it was under 140 characters in each thread ;)
Micro content!
We've seen the massive push that the amazing members of the DASH community have brought to Threads as well....Again, I'm beating a dead horse here but it's because of....Micro content!
This is just the tip of the ice berg with what is being build on LEO and like I mentioned, this has been 'in the works' for years. So yeah, today I feel pretty good :)
I feel good because this is a bet I made, a gamble perhaps, on a #web3 project that is actually becoming a realization of what so many of us dreamed about for years and years on Hive.
Personally, I am so excited for what the future will bring because if this is any indication....We are in for an awesome ride!

It's pretty amazing the level of engagement on Threads, particularly on popular threadcasts like the one you mentioned in the post (the Inleo AMA). I think in the last one they reached 1000 or so. Kept crashing. Looks like they'll need to boost the infrastructure again to support even more activity in a short while.
agreed. something needs to happen to make it super smooth for users, especially with all these new people coming to the platform.
The engagement is kind of crazy on the end of InLEO. I am a bit surprised to see that it is so far ahead in comments, but I do think that threadcasts is a benefit that I don't see in the other short-form apps.
It sure helps to create activity. Hopefully, for all of Hive, Inleo can keep growing the numbers :)
a lot of it is cloning of what LEO developed, and when there is nothing unique, people tend to stick with the original.

Leofinance sure has a bright future and I agree that people engage more with bitesized content more than the lengthy ones and they get more engagement. I think the efforts of Leo's developers are to be commended for this, they're really trying.

it's not a LEO product, I tend to stay focused on LEO stuff.
I think AMA posts or threads could have a lot of comments.
I forget what the record is, but i think it's well over 1000 comments.
Overall record I think the brazilian community still has. Think it was over 3k
