If we could create an App, create a robust, decentralized site, connected to the different parcel tracking and logistics systems, with an algorithm or smart contract that mediates between the parties involved in the purchase and sale, avoiding fraud, working as a POS for small, medium and large stores, delivery or pick-up. A fail-safe communication system, where remote sites can use SMS payments or wireless nodes, as in underdeveloped or developing countries.
