I have been writing for 8 years now, even outside hive. I was paid poorly for it but it was still something. Funny thing is, it was even an internet gig.
Our country is messed up.

I tried writing outside hive, I kept on hearing free and exposure 😆 I just gave up.
I wrote for websites and blogs as well as offered writing gigs on fiverr, it was how I came to be better. But there's probably no organisation in Nigeria where you can write and get paid.
