You've detailed the fact that we cannot quickly make hive into the dream blockchain because it's a huge universe of diversity and getting things done will involve many actors. Is this necessarily a good thing? No, but there are advantages to accumulating smaller growth at smaller pace over a long period of time. We'd still have people who would announce their departure and weeks later they're here again. It's a thing we'd eventually get used to seeing, but then we'd still do what we have to do.
