Well I won't even blame people, timeframe can be a deciding factor when people choose to invest. Right now the SEC & US are messing it up

Right. On the investment side, it makes a lot of difference. Profits have to be booked, strategies for entering or exiting the market has to be implemented.
I hope it backfires on them soon enough :)
