Well from personal experience I can say that almost nobody really uses it yet (not sure about other places outside of my work). So it gives me a competitive advantage over others and it also enables me to do tasks much faster and more efficiently. As soon as management understands this development I would expect jobs to get cut - but in the end it still requires people to get the job done, but probably just less than currently
