Convenient or saving money haha, this is indeed the truth. The was a statement made in the broadcast I'm just coming from. It was really interesting, but to be honest it was quite a bit much as they talked about not just web3 but also NFTs and blockchains....but it was really interesting and thanks to @ice-nfts for making it possible too.
So the topic of bringing together web3 and web2 is quite a remarkable one but I don't think it'll be easy, I don't want to use the word "never" but it might come to that for there are lots of reasons people won't let web3 flourish one of is because of profits.

Profits
We all know how web2 owners prioritize profits for themselves, not like web3 ain't profiting the owners but it also benefits both the users and that's one thing web2 owners wouldn't want to do. They want to be on top of the game and in as much as I want to call it greed I just can't as it wasn't forced on anyone.

Decentralized power
Another is control and I think this is the main factor. I remember the amount of times I created accounts on LinkedIn, but been a centralized platform where the large cooperate makes decision and take total control of you account I was pushed to keep creating and creating accounts due to their governance, although people say it's for security reasons but I tell you it was indeed frustrating. And come to think of it, its also a way in which government can take control over you as well, I remember Mr Trump ( the formal president of the US) been a victim of that. I think he was restricted and couldn't do anything until Elon Musk took over twitter now known as X. Web3 do have cases related to that but so far what I've heard is down vote, you can only be down voted haha. I dunno if it's possible to stop someone for posting but what I know is it ain't common on the web3 space in the sense that it's a decentralized platform were users also have authority over their profile as well.

User Experience
Another vital one is User Experience, yep user experience and this I were the first statement of this post comes in. I can't emphasize how much people will choose convenient over money, can't emphasize on it enough. People will definitely remain in their web2 home, make no money but remain comfortable than come to web3 stay uncomfortable in the sense that the User part of things is quite complex. It takes a lot to be able to adapt to new things.
Nevertheless I do hope web3 takes the lead in the future, I have some friends who post on web2 almost all day and I kinda feel bad for them as they make nothing from it. Will have to go now, see ya all later and **thanks for reading through my blog
