How a project can go from vision board to reality. This is quite the big deal as it involves both money, time and effort. So one got to be extra careful
First and foremost I'll go with understanding the scope of the project, how it can be of help to the customers and how it can generate revenue for the company
Secondly I'll go with the planning. Ones you understand the project,you have to plan, great ideas that'll fit the project most, although just a little portion like a trial.
After planning you go for testing it, have to test the product so you get solid foundation of what the users wants, you do this to get feedback
Then after getting user's feedback you go back to your planning board to get into planning again and correct the errors cause the project isn't just about you, it's mostly for your costumers too.
Then you carry on with the project and publish it befitting both the user's needs and the company's need. Yes, this might take a while but great things needs time
