Oh, that is so sad to hear. I'm so sorry. Having to spend Christmas alone is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.. had that experience once, was the saddest most depressing thing I had to endure.
To be honest, we have stopped the gift buying for the adults. I have two great nephews for whom we buy a little something. Yesterday, I got a text from my step-daughter asking what I and her Dad would like for a Christmas gift. We told her that we don't need or want anything but she was insistent so we told her to choose a charity and make a donation in our names.
0 lol not even for the people in my house. I think I'm gonna buy my AC, my PC and a TV for everyone.. not personal presents.
