Maybe it doesn't work the way you think it does. Withdraw your consent from the system that demands your compliance under duress. See how the world really is. Governments don't work for their citizens. Their laws are not for our benefit.
Cryptocurrencies were designed to do exactly that. And then we get people like you who think the governments that screwed up their own fiat money systems need oversight over ours, too?
I don't think they need anything. I'm just an adult and know how the world works. Your anarchist dreams are fine, as long as you realize they are exactly that, dreams. I am sure everyone out there would like crypto to be free and open, but that was never going to be the case. Governments were never going to give up their control. Only way bitcoin would thrive is if it worked within their framework instead of tried to upend it, which is more or less what we are getting.
*By the way, I don't mean this be as condescending as it sounds upon re-reading it, I simply mean that the way you/some want the world to work simply isn't how it works right now and advising people to behave in ways that jive with this line of thinking can have very negative consequences for those that follow them

Ok, well give that a try and let me how that works out for you.
