I'm in South Africa and we have power cuts daily, scheduled, two hours at a time, twice or thrice a day. It might not work for running a node here. Perhaps other countries could do it.

You can buy a battery pack for your electronics. I wrote about this in an article for people in Cuba and Haiti that also suffer the same.

Hi, here in Cuba we suffer from the same issues. Our solution was to pay an online server that we can access from here. You will only need to set up everything well at first, then it is even easy to access from your phone to do some maintenance or whatever is needed. I did a tutorial about it.
