While it's still uncomfortable to me, I think it's valuable. Though, it's only uncomfortable, when I think the question is stupid. Some "dumb" questions are actually "smart" in my standards.
I shoot my shot, if I get a negative feedback, I learn not to think on that path, but I don't stop asking.
