Still a lot. Complete opposite of Subway in Japan. They always put like three olives on my sandwich, evenly distributed, as if they were some kind of precious natural resource.

I don’t see too many subway’s. I never ate subway til I lived in China cause I didn’t consider it a real sandwich. But in Asia it’s good enough. As much as I love food here, only the high end western food really cuts it and I can’t afford it often
Well it doesn't compare to the kinds of sandwiches you can get on the East coast like a good hoagie or cheesesteak but beats the heck out of the baloney sandwiches I used to eat as a kid.
I wasn’t sure if I should say it cause it might come off at snobbish but NyC area had really good food. I always thought dominos pizza hut kfc Taco Bell were trash to the point of not being worth eating 🤐 Other fast food was just a way to save money and feed addiction to chemicals.
I'm allowed to say it because I grew up on the west coast and then lived on the east coast a few years in high school. Not that there isn't good food on the west coast too, but it seems like chains are more common there.
