your secondary passport should come from a different country, not your own.
Exactly. Those in Nigeria can't easily travel to other countries without a visa.
If you can't even get an ordinary visa for travel's sake, getting a secondary passport will be almost impossible to achieve.
apparently there are different countries in the Caribbean or Polynesian islands
