I'm nothing charismatic, and a few years ago I had a community, small, but still, they followed me for months. IT WAS WEIRD. I loved it. To have someone charismatic and approachable is a need, like, they need and know how to talk to people

This is beautiful, now our dear InLeo Team is a perfect example of this. I doubt if any member isn't fully involved seeing the way the team is carrying everyone along and providing the needed value.
