I didn't think so, but I saw my husband's struggle to get even small votes for the witness @nexo.witness and I realized how much even small stakes count in the end. I believe that in DHF it works similar to voting for witnesses,
Exactly it's very competitive up there and each of these Proposals and witnesses need every little vote they can get.
