Good day everyone! I'm beginning a new series, which will be very interesting, informative and educative, titled, Habits The Will Make You Successful In Your Career. Habits are what make us, have some good habits and you will be able to attain success in your career quickly as you won't think you are putting much effort towards attaining your success. I will be sharing with you all, two habits that will make you successful in your career.
Enough Sleep Time
Most of us have very bad sleeping habit. We don't have a sleep pattern. We sleep anytime and the duration of our sleep varies from time to time. Animals, such as chickens, bats, horses, cats, cows, etc, they don't joke with their sleep pattern, as they will sleep at a particular time period everyday and for a specific number of hours. When we were babies, from the age 1 - 4 years old, we had a good sleep pattern, when the time reaches a particular time, we would be feeling sleepy. Same thing should be applied now, that we are adults, because sleep is very important for how body and general well-being. Sleep helps our body to heal itself and gives body the ability to generate enough energy for the day. If you want to achieve success, your body and mind, needs to sharp at all time, so you have to create a good sleep pattern for yourself and be strict with it, in order for you to be able to attain success in your career.
Make A To-Do List
Many of us are so unorganized in our day to day activities, that we most times give room to distractions such as social media, peers influence, and other things. We normally have so many things to do in a day, that it overwhelms us and we would try and do any other thing else than what we need to get done. I have found myself in this similar situation quite often. I know I need to get some tasks done, but they are so many, that my brain wants to do anything else than complete any task. I will end up procrastinating the tasks. That is a bad habit that will deprive you of success in your career. You have to organize your life, by making a To-Do list every morning, so that you know what you need to do at every given time. And whenever you feel tired or lazy, you just need to look at your To-Do list and see the remaining task for the day, and you will feel inspired and motivated to complete the remaining tasks. It is very important to try to make it a habit of creating a To-Do list everyday, if you really want to attain success in your career.

This you mention is very true, indeed most of us have very bad sleeping habits, and by not having a sleep pattern, ie not giving hours of rest to our metabolic system generates a disorder that weakens us to the point of subtracting productivity that lead us to success.

I have a rule I follow called Achievable Goals. Each day, I have some goals that are definitely achievable. Completing those daily goals gives me confidence to take on larger and more difficult task during the day. Thanks for the good information
