RE: 2023 British Silver Royal Tudor Beasts Yale of Beaufort

The Yale of Beauford is a Ram with Spots. Now I know what a Yale is. There's got to be more about this odd creature and it's symbolism but it will have to be later, I got to be off to bed 😴 so tired.

Always, with love 🤗🌺❤️

They have some spots. The panther also had spots.

HISTORY
In 1443 Sir John Beaufort (Henry VIII’s great-grandfather) took the Bedford Yale as symbol for his coat of arms after being granted land. Since then, the yale has been regarded as a Beaufort beast. Margaret Beaufort, her son and grandson (Henry VII and Henry VIII) also came to use the yale.
SYMBOLISM
Represents prowess and defense in battle.

Hugs and kisses, sis🤗
