In my opinion to activate a community ,first the community should be in the interest of people, makes it a lot easier to activate, since there is massive interest already it would be easier to push project and engagements within community

You are very correct on this. The community should interest people which is what they said about creating a community with value and also making it easy to use.
I totally agree, it is important that people feel interest in the community, that it is a community that contributes and has interesting projects, so that people will value it much more.

Learning of what your community needs to gain an activation is a good start. It shouldn't be about what the leader/founder of community wants but what the members wishes to see. He puts their interest at heart while thinking up new ways.
