Since July of 2021, we began developing PolyCUB and alongside it, we've built out a massive overhaul for the Cub platform as well.
Many of the contracts we've built for PolyCUB have led to the simultaneous development of similar contracts for CUB.
The future is abundantly clear for us and as we wrap up development of PolyCUB and prepare for launch, CUB is about to implement many of the changes that we've built and battle-tested in the background for the past several months.
Incentive Pendulum
One of the many changes that will go live for CUB in the days that precede the release of PolyCUB is the incentive pendulum mechanism.
This mechanism swings rewards in favor of underutilized opportunities in the Kingdoms vs. the Farms.
The CUB Kingdom is severely under-rewarded as compared to the CUB-BUSD and CUB-BNB farms.
With the launch of PolyCUB imminent, we figured this is a great time to implement the newest feature on CubFinance.
This feature will encourage capital to flow to the CUB Kingdom by an auto-rebalance of the APYs in the CUB Single Kingdom vs. the CUB-BUSD and CUB-BNB Farms.
With this pendulum in place right when PolyCUB launches, we expect it to exponentialize the price impact of release PolyCUB and the 60 day airdrop mechanism that we built to emulate the launch of SPS for Splinterlands.
Things are getting very interesting as we approach the imminent launch of PolyCUB!

Something i say since the start of den.
Den must be higher APR than Farms.
So more will lock up, less to trade, higher price.
Investors sell less, because highest apr is there, so they can sell "rewards" and the mass stays locked.
But hey, that's something could be done 6 month ago :) then we would maybe have a 10x higher price.
I've never checked out the CUB kingdom but at this point I'd certainly wait to see the launch of polyCUB as I'm inclined after this post.
Yeah, why though, I felt the cub kingdom vault would have higher APY than most other kingdoms.
This is no doubt because they say seeing is believing which is what we are experiencing in the blockchain, the polyCUB project have been amazing which individuals in the blockchain as well can testify, the leo team are the best so far in terms of amazing projects

Honestly this teams have been doing it great on this community which I can say just keep us moving forward. I'm really excited on this development and improvements on the polycub and other coin implemented
It's been an interesting journey, building and designing this platform. Now that we're finally reach to launch the platform it will get more recognized and I believe this launching will brings good approach to the degree of value to the PolyCub platform.
Things indeed getting interesting with the APY for Cub kingdom been increased. I may not fully understand it all but it's sound bullish for cub with all this mechanism been put in place. It also appears well thought out. Great job to you all

Fantastic work. The added benefit of Polycub I'd say is for Ethereum users who now have a cheaper and accessible way into CUB and ultimately Leo Finance from the traditional Ethereum entry point which is expensive.

Hmmm… I bought CUB at $14… so I’m glad to hear this. I lost a small fortune.
Impermanent Loss is such complex term it took me forever to figure it out which hurt me a bit starting out in DeFi.

I have to admit that makes me happy to hear! I've been patiently sitting here with my modest CUB stake in the Kingdoms and watching somewhat wistfully as those 120%+ returns were being made elsewhere.
I just attributed it to my being moderately risk-averse, so an increase in yield certainly sounds welcome.
Now I am just pondering how Imminent™ compares to Soon™...

Does $CUB have a fixed total supply?
Coingecko shows a total supply of approximately 11,600,000 tokens but the CUBFinance doc says, its supply is unlimited.
