Hmm yeah I’ve never seen any info from you about this issue. Obviously it’s been quite a long time - I would imagine it got replayed right around that time where you didn’t get the completed exchange to swap.hive.
LeoDex no longer operates a swap.hive <> hive wrapper for the Hive Engine side chain, and this was 2 years ago so I don’t have any logs I can look at.
Are you able to dig up the hive hub TX link (or any block explorer link) for this transaction from 2023?
If so, I’ll dig through our TX logs and see if I can sort this out for you. If you are in fact waiting on some Hive, I will be happy to handle it for you.
