    When those with stake incentivise the type of behaviour they want to see.

    I would disagree

    I think there’s a lot of that but there’s also several people who don’t gaf about votes

    At the end of the day it’s all about incentives. Financial ones yes, but there’s a social incentive too. That needs to be built
