This is a common practice on Twitter, it's a promoted Thread that looks like a normal Thread
Twitter does the same with promoted Tweets. Mixing ads in with regular content. Feel free to ad block if you don't like it

Twitter FAKES its comment data in promoted tweets? I find that very hard to believe. Just went & found a promoted tweet—comments were real + viewing them didn't force me to a URL I didn't want to visit
