I spent all of #hivefest telling people about INLEO

What's crazy is that there are so many Hivers who had no idea all of the things that INLEO has been up to. Their experience with the UI was that they looked at it one time over 1 year ago

Many had never heard of:

  1. Threads
  2. Shorts
  3. Premium
  4. Being able to post non-finance content
  5. ...

Many of the things we consider base knowledge

We need to remember the beginner's mind and talk about/showcase the core features of INLEO More (both as a community and team)

Sort:

That also means there's an easy audience we haven't reached yet, so it's all great!

100%. Lots of potential

I have been hooked since last Tuesday when I became premium, and I have talked to several friends who are already using inleo, they are not yet premium, but I am sure they will.

I think I have become addicted, to the Threads.

I absolutely love to hear that! If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please feel free to tag me @khaleelkazi and I will take a look!

Much much more to come 🦁

Hi @khaleelkazi, I hope you are well, taking your word for it I have tagged you to report an error on the inleo platform, the error happens when you leave scheduled posts, once the post is published, it deletes the beneficiaries.

I have several posts that were scheduled with the beneficiary leofiance, and when I checked, I didn't have them.

I will show you the publications that were programmed and at the moment of programming them to be published at a specific time, they were published but without the beneficiaries.

https://inleo.io/@lanzjoseg/la-historia-the-history-9ih

https://inleo.io/@lanzjoseg/concurso-tbt-una-foto-una-historia-un-da-de-esos-brc

All these publications were programmed with their respective beneficiaries, however, as I mentioned when they were published by the programmed schedule, the platform deleted the beneficiaries.

I hope my observation will serve to correct, many times because of my time I leave the publications scheduled, but I know I can't do it until that is solved.

Thank you very much for reporting this @lanzjoseg!

We're working on it now

Wow, @khaleelkazi thanks again, thank you very much for attending my comment, I hope you can solve that error, you would be very kind if you let me know when that is fixed.

Now much more, what a pleasure it is to see that people like you, take us into account, sometimes one often talk to some creators like you, and do not respond, thank you very, very much for answering me. A hug.

About onboarding hive users to inleo. They already have an account so they can simply login to inleo. Does the referral system work in this case? 🤔

Nope referrals are for new signups

I'm not surprised Khal, the truth is some Hivers who use the INLEO UI for long-form posts, are more concerned about the Leo.voter curation and that is why they only come on threads to drop a threadstorm for their posts.

They don't even know about Threadcast and other new features on INLEO, INLEO AMA, The Lion's Den show and Chain Chatter.

I try to encourage them to use the features and engage more on threads but they keep looking for Leo.voter, lol. They are more focused on the upvotes, the immediate financial gains and neglect building for the long term.

We need to encourage the newbies and old Hivers to use the INLEO features more and make them understand it's not all about upvotes.

It is good to see more people try out the shorts feature.

There is so much more to this platform than getting upvotes. To me, the upvotes are a nice little bonus. The real draw for me, and I am being totally honest, is the ownership aspect and seeing what people create here because they don't have to be concerned about censorship.

It always should be a bonus

There is so much to this platform

Sure, but only a few who know this are willing to build a brand here.

That's it, Ownership, I am at peace here knowing that I own my account and my content, the space and brand I am creating here.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Happy Monday. #freecompliments

You're very welcome! I am right there with you. So much better than banging my head against the wall trying to get views on YouTube, etc. I mean, use them, to be in more places, but don't count on getting much out of it. Other than being more visible.

Keep encouraging them!

I think the thing is that it's not even people who do what you're describing. That's a small minority

Many of the people I talked to said that they had been told not to use INLEO (likely by people who are bitter and jealous toward INLEO's innovation)

These people have literally never visited Inleo.io and have no idea what is built here

Then when I showed it to them, they couldn't believe it is "on Hive"

They asked if Threads & Shorts are centralized

They are not, they are built on Hive. That amazed them. I showed them the same permalinks from INLEO as they appear on hive.blog/hivehub.dev and it blew their minds

To change this, we need to keep educating everyone both insiders and outsiders about what we are building here

Many of the people I talked to said that they had been told not to use INLEO (likely by people who are bitter and jealous toward INLEO's innovation)

Wow! That's serious. Now, I remember a comment I came across on a blog post a few months ago, I could notice the bitterness in the tone of the comment, lol. The commenter didn't want to use INLEO front end for the contest in that particular community, so he said he won't participate because the contest encouraged publishing from INLEO.

I wondered and wonder why so much hatred and bitterness for this awesome and successful project.

Anyway, when something is created, it isn't created for everyone, those who it is created for will stick around, build it in order for it to flourish

Sure, we will keep educating people all about INLEO, we need more owners.

What kind of toxic idiots do that type of thing. If there are Whales and Orca like that, it is no surprise HIVE has been in the gutter for all of this time. Our financial metrics are not too far ahead of STEEM.

We need project like @leofinance and @splinterlands to bring us users + features.
