Ah yep, makes sense to keep them fresh.
Is there an alternate way to still view old threads that you've tagged though?
For example I have some evergreen threadstorms which I refer back to, but now can't find.
The best way would be similar to how Twitter works - go to your profile page -> threads -> scroll back to the one you made in the past
Can be tedious but this is precisely how Twitter does it. Any suggestions on making this better?
I think a Full Text Search with options to limit the search to certain areas, communities or features would make not just stuff in threads a lot easier to find. 🖖🏼😎🤙🏼
If you want to make them truly relevant trends, then this is the right way to display them in the side bar.
But I still would like to be able to click the tag and scroll through the entire history.
Right now it just says 'no more data'.
So display them as trends in the menu like you are.
But when you click into the tag, it should still show the entire history of threads under that topic if you want to scroll.

The fact that #threads trending updates every 7 days now and it’s consistently ranking high is yuge!
