They claim they will do two more raises. Sept is the trainwreck cycle (along with March). That is when things break. Starts in August. I still stand by they will cut by end of summer.
If not they are screwing up big time.
The funny thing about the FED is they pretend like the slip up by saying certain words like "Skip"
The reality is that they actively try to trick the markets. If you look beyond what they actually say to what they do after what they say
That is why they have to foreshadow, they need the market to do the heavy lifting.

Yes. Powell left an out. Now becoming "data dependent".
Why now? They ignored all the data that mattered for over a year.

Despite that, the market gets scared when grammar like this is changed. It could mean more hikes on the horizon
