General purpose blockchains (especially the ones with fees) are not a good place to do this sort of thing. Even they had accomplished that, the user experience may not have been good and it did not catch on to the broader cryptosphere.

I need to think of some sort of Subscription that I can offer. As my Voting Power is not "life changing", nor my content is money making, I need to identify other perks to make that worth for the subscribers. But it's on my mind...
