maybe create a side box on all the pages to feature premium users thread at random! only for threads that are less than 7 days old of course! LOL but I don't code.. so I have no idea if something like that is even possible LOL
Am thinking it will be pretty cool when we all the below features to the premium. Is going to make some person to be more serious with the premium subscription. Because if you can't copy the link of your long form post and use as a threadstorm or for any other, you may chose to subscribe and have a full access to the major activities on Leo. Adding $DOGE as a tipping / upvoting coin inside Threads, as a form of easying bridge for X users to be onboarded on INLEO, and quickly want to become Premium.
Working notifications with adjustable preferrences (like show only upvotes/comments/mentions/transfers/...). Notify only when XY (the upvote is over $0.1/...). Ignore actions by (bots/accounts mentioning 10+ users/...).

But we should also have a room to consider those persons that are new to the community/newbie's. I think the Leo team will be checking their reputation before carrying our some actions. I don't see the reason why you will be on Leo for more than 3 months and you are not on premium. That fully shows that you are not in support to the growth of the community, so some activities like curation should not go to such individual.
The premium account should be curated more regular even if it's only thread's that they do, but as long as they are premium holder, they need to be curated more regular. So that it may encourage them to sustain their premium state and to engage more.
Some extra monthly financial compensation for the most active members (even without HP delegation) would be very nice.
Possible. But I feel like we should push for more number of active users at any given time.
Premium users will always be a subset of active user base.
