haha we have a full time support agent but at the same time: I like to read and be a part of the conversations so I know how the community is feeling
Sometimes things like this just get annoying. Repeatedly the same small group of people complaining and when I offer them solutions - like run the numbers yourself to verify - they just keep telling conspiracy theories
O.O ya that's why u have to ignore them and let that support agent handle them :P. well being part of the convo isn't that what the amas are for though and the threadcast for them
