I tend to just do what I want to do and invite people to join me
They either join or I just go about doing what I planned on anyways

In this case the result would be not being able to execute the idea or doing it in hardcore mode. But sometimes that's better than being in a limbo.
It also is not something individual, if it was, I would have been out long time ago lol.
