You have no idea how strong you are. You have to have a "yet" attitude to find out:
"Yet" is your one-word alert that you can do anything. You are active and can do a lot more than you think.
Getting out of your safe zone is the only way to discover what you're up to. To risk that. To accept that pain. You'll crash and burn sometimes. You might think you can't do something, but sometimes you'll find you can.
Take the "yet" in and let it change your life.
I like to think that we don't necessarily have to step out of our comfort zone, but to let thing enter it, so it's a less traumatic way to know things.
