Heute möchte ich darüber schreiben, was ich in den einzelnen Bereichen in nächster Zeit erreichen will und was bisher bereits geschah.

Today I would like to write about what I want to achieve in the individual areas in the near future and what has already happened so far.
Finanzen - Hive
Ich werde hier nicht meine kompletten Finanzen offenlegen. Was ich hier aber gerne weiter tracken möchte ist die Entwicklung meiner HP.
Der nächste Meilenstein liegt bei 15.000 HP.

Da ich sehr wenige Artikel schreibe, außer dem HPUD auf diesem Account derzeit leider gar nichts, gibt es nur wenige Rewards. Fürs kuratieren kommt aber ein bisschen was rum und ich habe meinen Power Up zum ersten wieder auf 100 HP angepasst.
Finances - Hive
I will not disclose my complete finances here. But what I would like to continue tracking here is the development of my HP.
The next milestone is 15,000 HP.

Since I write very few articles, unfortunately nothing except the HPUD on this account at the moment, there are only a few rewards. But for curating I get a little bit and I have adjusted my Power Up to 100 HP again for the first time.
Persönliche Entwicklung
Im letzten Jahr habe ich meine Coaching Ausbildung über 7 Module absolviert. Das hat zu einer großen Belastung für meine Familie vor allem meine Frau geführt. Daher kann ich dies dieses Jahr nicht wiederholen. Nichts desto trotz möchte ich mein Wissen anwenden und vertiefen.
In diesem Jahr steht die Praxis im Vordergrund.
Wenn es passt möchte ich ein Seminar besuchen.
Personal development
Last year I completed my coaching training over 7 modules. This put a huge strain on my family, especially my wife. That's why I can't repeat it this year. Nevertheless, I would like to apply and deepen my knowledge.
This year, the focus is on practice.
I would like to attend a seminar if it suits me.
Entwicklung im Februar:
Im Februar gab es wenig zu vermelden. Weder habe ich Schulungen besucht, noch habe ich welche gehalten.
Das könnte sich aber demnächst wieder ändern. Kommende Woche fahre ich nach Hannover, um an einem Workshop für das neue Kompetenznetzwerk der IGBCE teilzunehmen. Wenn alles klappt kann ich mich dann stärker in das Thema Organisationsentwicklung und strategische Ausrichtung von BR Gremien einbringen.
Development in February:
There was little to report in February. I didn't attend any training courses, nor did I hold any.
But that could change again soon. Next week I'm going to Hanover to take part in a workshop for the IGBCE's new competence network. If everything works out, I can then get more involved in the topic of organizational development and the strategic orientation of works council committees.
Gesundheit
Belastungs-EKG und Ultraschall sind gemacht. Mein Arzt ist mit meiner Leistung beim EKG jnicht zufrieden. Das liegt aber eher daran, dass ich wenig Sport mache. Mein EKG sieht grundsätzlich gut aus.
Ultraschall von Leber, Niere und Herz auch unaufällig. Dafür habe ich einen Gallenstein, der so groß ist, dass er nicht entfernt werden kann, ohne die Galle rauszunehmen. Na toll. Solange der keinen Ärger macht, ist das aber unbedenklich. Werden wir jetzt regelmäßig kontrollieren.
Das heißt für mich generell. Mediterrane Kost, mehr Sport und generell halt auf mich achten.
Im März steht jetzt nochmal eine Blutabnahme an. Bin gespannt, inwiefern sich die Werte verändert haben.
Health
Exercise ECG and ultrasound have been done. My doctor is not satisfied with my ECG performance. But that's more due to the fact that I don't do much sport. My ECG basically looks good.
My liver, kidney and heart ultrasounds are also normal. But I have a gallstone that is so big that it can't be removed without taking out the bile. That's great. But as long as it doesn't cause any trouble, it's harmless. We will now check it regularly.
For me, that generally means Mediterranean diet, more sport and generally taking care of myself.
Another blood test is due in March. I'm curious to see how the values have changed.
Soziales Engagement
@hive.helps setze ich weiter fort, werde aber hier nicht mehr darüber berichten. Wenn ihr auf dem Laufenden bleiben wollt folgt dem @hive.helps Account.
Wie angekündigt habe ich mich etwas mehr in den Wahlkampf und die öffentliche Diskussion zu diversen Themen eingebracht. Am Wahltag war ich auch wie immer Wahlhelfer.
Ich habe mich extrem gefreut, dass so viele Menschen zusätzlich zur Wahl gegangen sind. Was mich schockiert ist jedoch, wie viele davon tatsächlich die AFD gewählt haben.
Die Ampel hat nach einem aus meiner Sicht guten Start, es nicht hinbekommen, die Probleme dieses Landes zu lösen. Die Fortschritte die es gab, wurden vom Getöse zwischen den Fraktionen übertönt.
Gleichzeitig hat die CDU mit ihrem Versuch die AfD mit deren eigenen Slogans auszustechen, dieses Land noch weiter nach rechts gerückt. Alle 4 Parteien, haben einen großen Anteil daran, dass die AfD so erstarken konnte.
Nun haben CDU/CSU und die SPD Sondierungsgespräche begonnen. Durch den Misserfolg der FDP und BSW haben die beiden zumindest die Chance ohne eine dritte Partei eine Koalition zu bilden. Das dürfte einfacher werden, als zuvor die Ampel.
Allerdings könnte die Sicht auf die Probleme unterschiedlicher nicht sein und die Rhetorik im Vorfeld der Wahl macht es nicht einfacher.
Dennoch muss es nun schnell gelingen, die wichtigsten Bedürfnisse der Menschen in diesem Land konkret zu verbessern. Das sind aus meiner Sicht, die Energiepreise und damit einhergehend die Teuerung der Produkte des täglichen Bedarfs, die schwächelnde Wirtschaft, sowie die innere und äußere Sicherheit.
Das alles mit einer komplett veränderten geopolitschen Situation und ohne die Zukunft aus dem Auge zu verlieren. Uns stehen spannende Wochen bevor.
Gleichzeitig frage ich mich, inwieweit ich mich nun wieder mehr einbringen kann und will. Durch die Wahlreform und die Begrenzung des Bundestags auf 630 Abgeordnete ist Südhessen fast gänzlich ohne Abgeordnete im Bundestag. Es werden sich Chance eröffnen in ein paar Jahren zur Wahl anzutreten. Die Frage ist nur, ob ich bereit dafür bin, den Preis zu zahlen und weniger Zeit für meine Familie zu haben.

As announced, I got a little more involved in the election campaign and the public debate on various topics. As usual, I was also a poll worker on election day.
I was extremely pleased that so many people also went to the polls. What shocked me, however, was how many of them actually voted for the AFD.
After what I thought was a good start, the traffic light government failed to solve the country's problems. The progress that has been made has been drowned out by the noise between the parliamentary groups.
At the same time, the CDU's attempt to outdo the AfD with its own slogans has pushed this country even further to the right. All four parties have played a large part in the AfD's rise.
Now the CDU/CSU and the SPD have started exploratory talks. Due to the failure of the FDP and BSW, they at least have the chance to form a coalition without a third party. This should be easier than the traffic light system before.
However, the view of the problems could not be more different and the rhetoric in the run-up to the election does not make it any easier.
Nevertheless, we must now quickly succeed in making concrete improvements to the most important needs of the people in this country. In my view, these are energy prices and the associated increase in the price of everyday products, the weakening economy and internal and external security.
All this with a completely changed geopolitical situation and without losing sight of the future. We have some exciting weeks ahead of us.
At the same time, I ask myself to what extent I can and want to get more involved again. Due to the electoral reform and the limitation of the Bundestag to 630 members, southern Hesse is almost completely without members in the Bundestag. There will be opportunities to stand for election in a few years' time. The only question is whether I am prepared to pay the price and have less time for my family.
Viel zu tun
Derzeit könnte ich überall zugleich sein. Aufsichtsratssitzung, Verkäufe von Unternehmensteilen, Bundestagswahl...
So viele Dinge, die meine Aufmerksamkeit benötigen und auch nicht einfach delegiert werden können. Zusätzlich habe ich mir geschworen, Zeit für meine Familie zu haben, und das setze ich auch gnadenlos um.
Da fallen dann einige Dinge hinten runter, wie z.B. die persönliche Entwicklung, oder eben Zeit auf Hive.
Nichts desto trotz bin ich zufrieden. Während ich Ende Dezember wirklich platt war, und dies mit in den Januar gebracht habe, bin ich nun gefordert und kann zeigen, was in mir steckt.
Das will ich auch weiterhin tun und dabei trotzdem auf mich selbst achten. Derzeit funktioniert das ganz gut und so soll es auch bleiben.

Lots to do
At the moment I could be everywhere at once. Supervisory board meeting, sale of parts of the company, general election...
So many things that need my attention and can't simply be delegated. I've also vowed to make time for my family, and I'm mercilessly putting this into practice.
Some things fall by the wayside, such as personal development or time on Hive.
Nevertheless, I am satisfied. While I was really exhausted at the end of December and brought this with me into January, I am now challenged and can show what I'm made of.
I want to continue doing this while still looking after myself. It's working quite well at the moment and I want to keep it that way.
