You don't see this often on Canadian coins and the odd thing is that the Test "Louisbourg 300" is not centered at the 12 o'clock position of the edge of the coin respective to the Reverse. More like centered at the 10:00 o'clock Position.
The question is, "Is this an error or was it deliberately positioned this way for a reason?"
