The adoption of crypto finance continues to reach the banking sector in multiple countries. The growing interest of professional investors in accessing this market is the catalyst for this process.
Recently in Spain (24/07/23), the private bank A&G S.A. launched the first Crypto Asset Investment Fund in the country (Cryptocurrencies Fund).
The aforementioned Fund has been registered with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) as a Free Investment Fund (the name given to Hedge Funds in Spain).
It will be a Fund managed by professionals (Active Management Fund), subject to Supervision and Audited by third parties.
It is an exclusive fund for professional clients looking for alternative investment vehicles; and in its beginnings it will have as its main investment options the Cryptocurrencies Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). To a lesser extent, it will also include other Crypto Assets (Cryptocurrencies and Tokens) and Variable Income (which will be linked to different Digital Assets).
A&G is an independent financial company that is dedicated to Private Banking and specializes in providing Advisory and Wealth Management services. Now with the launch of this Crypto Fund, it is being a pioneer in this type of investment in Spain.

La adopción de las cripto finanzas continúa llegando al sector bancario en múltiples países. El creciente interés de los inversores profesionales en acceder a este mercado es el catalizador de ese proceso.
Recientemente en España (24/07/23), el banco privado A&G S.A. lanzó el primer Fondo de Inversión de Cripto Activos del país (Fondo Criptomonedas, FIL).
El mencionado Fondo ha sido registrado en la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) como un Fondo de Inversión Libre (denominación que reciben en España los Hedge Funds o Fondos de Cobertura).
Se trata de un Fondo gestionado por profesionales (Fondo de Gestión Activa), sujeto a Supervisión y Auditado por terceros.
Es un fondo exclusivo para clientes profesionales que buscan vehículos de inversión alternativa; y en sus inicios tendrá como principales opciones de inversión a las Criptomonedas Bitcoin (BTC) y Ethereum (ETH). En menor medida incluirá también otros Cripto Activos (Criptomonedas y Tokens) y Renta Variable (que esté vinculada a diferentes Activos Digitales).
A&G es una compañía financiera independiente que se dedica a la Banca Privada y se especializa en brindar servicios de Asesoramiento y Gestión de patrimonio. Ahora con el lanzamiento de este Cripto Fondo está siendo pionera en esta modalidad de inversión en España.
