50% goes to author and 50% to curator. But, LEO tokens rewards are based on Pool limits.
Pool limits? What does that mean
there's a fixed amount of LEO (and Hive) added to the reward pool every block. The payout from the pool per post depend on the votes on your post in relation to all votes on all posts in the last 7 days -> changes slightly /w chain activity
