for Bitcoin you use your pc power to solve algorithms that keep the network secure. With SPK you will use your PC storage to host videos and earn SPK token. It’s decentralized so I don’t think they will earn anything from you hosting.
So you can earn by hosting my videos. I’m not sure the incentives to buy the coin, I forget but it’s very cool and smart. But they re taking forever lol
I get the whole thing now. I'm gonna have to get a huge storage for that. But wait. Can't your host screw you over on the event he or she decides to delete the database to create space for more to earn more of their token?
lol well I guess it’s possible so ideally you’ll have more hosts than one. I still don’t understand the details. There may be ways to attract the host, maybe that’s the incentive to hold the token
They will really have to bullet proof that before it gets released else they will have a problem at hand. You would always have bad actors in every project. Deleting a persons video will also go against the very core of Blockchain
